Having published more than a hundred free online e-books with hot-linked 'chapters' and embedded videos at his Heartcom Network, Christopher Rudy is a long-time Netizen journalist and visionary who lectured at Buckminster Fuller's World Game Studies workshop in 1974. Later that year he gave the keynote address at a Future's Summit on Capitol Hill with ten agencies of the Federal Government. After developing four holistic health centers, Dr. Christopher went on to innovate quantum computing modalities with practical applications for Global TeLeComm: TeLeCommunity (e-governance), TeLeConscience (e-learning), TeLeCare (e-health) and with TeLeCommerce (e-commerce)... all emphasizing 'TLC' with his heartware model for the next phase of the computer/Internet revolution after hardware, software and netware.
