A humanoid figure told them their questions would be answered later and repeatedly urged them to stay calm. Rachel’s guide said the people were going through a “remembering” process and that the place was not a punishment.

Rachel says the place she visited was called Soul Exile 13. As she toured it, she saw different levels or areas, including residential spaces, classrooms, and increasingly beautiful environments.
